Advanced Corrosion Protection Systems

To withstand harsh tropical conditions, acidic subsoils, and prolonged submerged conditions, we provide three distinct coating tiers:

1. Heavy Hot-Dip Galvanized (Class A): High-purity zinc coating with dense zinc mass for standard dry or seasonal drainage conditions.
2. Galfan Alloy (Zn-5% Al-MM): An advanced eutectic alloy delivering 2× to 3× the active galvanic and barrier corrosion protection of traditional hot-dip galvanizing.
3. Dual Protective Coating (Galvanized / Galfan + 0.5mm Polymer PVC): Heavy galvanized or Galfan core wire fused with an extruded 0.5mm anti-aging PVC sheath. Mandatory for aggressive, acidic, saline, or perpetually submerged hydraulic environments to eliminate chemical degradation and abrasion.
